Crowley Programming, Inc. develops custom and packaged computer software, primarily for Hospitality and Non-Profit organizations.

For Clubs and Hospitality:
Our products include Club Management, Fine Dining Point of Sale, Pro Shop Point of Sale and Golf Tee Time Reservation systems. We also provide integration tools to link your existing systems into a unified whole. Please use the links on the left for more details.

For Management of Internal Controls:
We have developed industry specific templates for the eProcessManager Internal Control Management application. ePM was developed by T1-MAS to organize Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO tracking and reporting into a single database. CPI has developed templates for Diocesan Internal Control and Parish Audit processing, using the guidelines established by the USCCB.

For Diocesan & Church Donor Database Management:
CPI has extensive experience in managing Donor and Appeal databases. We have developed techniques to speed pledge and payment processing using bar code technology. We have also developed data viewers that allow development professionals to see up to 300 donor characteristics, for up to 100,000 donors on one screen. These characteristics include name & address, parish affiliation, campaign donations by year and event, actual donations compared to multiple ask amounts, and other user-defined characteristics. We have also developed a methodology to compare specific member donations to their local census wealth characteristics. This allows a Diocese to compare results among parishes as to what percentage of local income is received in donations.

For Back-Office Accounting:
Our products are usually integrated with Sage Software's award winning MAS-90 and MAS-200 accounting software. As one of less than 200 Sage Master Developers, CPI is able to write custom modifications to MAS-90 as well as our own products.

For Unique Applications:
CPI has been writing custom software in Providex and other Business Basic languages for over 20 years. We have written hundreds of applications from full membership database systems and payroll systems to specific custom reports. We are able to ‘talk' to most databases for data extraction and presentation. We have integrated various disparate systems into a unified whole, including talking to SQL, Oracle, dBase, Access and other ODBC compliant databases.
